Terms of Service
Last updated: July 14, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Mic to Millions (the “Service”), operated by Beth Nydick (“we,” “us,” or the “Company”). By creating an account, purchasing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
Mic to Millions is an online coaching application that helps podcast guests turn interviews into clients. It includes a guided, AI-assisted coaching experience and related materials. The Service is educational and coaching-oriented. It does not guarantee any specific business, financial, or income result, and nothing in it is financial, legal, or professional advice.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the email account you use to sign in (login is by secure email link) and for all activity under your account. Keep your login email secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Purchases, billing, and renewals
Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for:
- Founding Year (annual): billed at your founding rate for twelve months, and automatically renewing each year at your locked founding rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- The Green Room: a live, done-with-you coaching session with Beth held monthly, included with your founding membership at no separate charge.
- Leverage add-on (optional): a one-time charge for additional coaching content, if selected at checkout.
Prices and included features may change; changes will not affect the current paid term you have already been charged for. Applicable taxes may be added.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Refunds, where available, are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
5. Your content and license
You retain ownership of the information and materials you enter into the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content to operate and provide the Service, including sending it to our service providers (for example, AI processing providers) as needed to generate your coaching outputs. The assets the Service helps you create are yours to use in your business.
6. Our content
The Service, including its methods, prompts, curriculum, text, and design, is owned by the Company and provided for your individual use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative products from the Service or its materials without our written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer it, use it to violate any law, or overload or abuse the AI features. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular result, booking, client, or income will be achieved. Results vary and depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort and market conditions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be handled in the courts located there.
