This Privacy Policy explains what information Mic to Millions (“we,” “us”), operated by Beth Nydick, collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
Information we collect
- Account and contact details you provide: name, email address, and phone number.
- Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Content you enter: your answers, stories, and the coaching assets you build in the Service.
- Lead-magnet submissions: if you use a free tool, the answer and contact details you submit.
- Usage and technical data: basic log and device information needed to run and secure the Service.
How we use your information
- To provide the Service and generate your coaching outputs.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send you service messages, and, with your consent, marketing emails and occasional texts. You can opt out at any time (reply STOP to texts, or use the unsubscribe link in emails).
- To provide support and improve the Service.
Service providers we share data with
We use trusted third parties to run the Service. They process your data only to provide their service to us:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Supabase — database, authentication, and hosting of your account data.
- Vercel — application hosting.
- Anthropic and OpenAI — AI processing of the content you enter to generate coaching outputs.
- Resend — transactional and notification email delivery.
- GoHighLevel — customer relationship management and follow-up.
We do not sell your personal information.
AI processing
The coaching features send the content you provide to AI processing providers (Anthropic and OpenAI) to generate responses and assets. Do not enter information you are not comfortable processing this way.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your account data (see below).
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. You can opt out of marketing at any time. Some data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as record-keeping of transactions.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this Policy; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
