Refund Policy

Because the Service gives you immediate access to digital coaching content the moment you join, the following policy applies to purchases.
Founding Year (annual plan)
The annual Founding Year is non-refundable. You receive full access to the coaching tool immediately upon joining, so all sales are final. You may cancel at any time to stop future annual renewals; cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next year. Renewals are non-refundable once charged.
The Green Room (monthly)
Your first three months are free. You can cancel at any time before the free period ends and you will not be charged. Once monthly billing begins, you may cancel at any time to stop future charges. Monthly payments already made are non-refundable, and you keep access through the end of the month you paid for.
Leverage add-on (one-time)
The Leverage add-on unlocks additional coaching content immediately upon purchase and is non-refundable.
How to request a refund or cancel
Email beth@bethnydick.com with the email address you used to purchase. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
